Return Eligibility

At KMENA, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, you may request a return or replacement subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Products must be returned with all original labels, seals, accessories, and invoices.

  • Any item showing signs of use, tampering, or damage caused after delivery may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Products

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless received damaged or incorrect:

  • Opened healthcare or cosmetic products

  • Products with broken seals

  • Temperature-sensitive products

  • Clearance or promotional items

  • Gift cards or vouchers


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Photos of the item received

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

Once verified, KMENA may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit

  • A refund to the original payment method (where applicable)

Shipping and delivery fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from KMENA.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Public holidays

KMENA is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.


Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before shipment confirmation.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the standard return process will apply.
